If you are looking for places to explore in and around Berwick Camp, the Annapolis Valley has lots of great spots to visit. Here are just a few suggestions:

Lake George Provincial Park - If you are looking for a place to cool off with a quick swim, Lake George Provincial Park is just a 15 minute drive from camp, and offers a sandy beach, change rooms, and small picnic area.

Aylesford Lake Beach - Just a couple minutes down the road from Lake George, you can find another beach. Playground, picnic tables, beach and walking trails.

Halls Harbour - A picturesque fishing village just 30 minutes from Berwick Camp, Halls Harbour offers a great little escape for an afternoon. Enjoy a walk around the village overlooking the Bay of Fundy, check out the artisian shop, and maybe even treat yourself to a lobster dinner. It offers a great break from the heat on those hot valley afternoons!

The Annapolis Valley is known for its’ farm fresh produce. Check out some of the local farmer’s markets, roadside stands, or visit a local U-pick some fresh blueberries or raspberries nearby. You are surrounded by delicious farm fresh food!

Harvest Moon Trail - The trailhead is located on Mill Street, in the heart of Berwick, just across from St. Anthony’s church. A great place to bike, walk or run!

Rainforth Park - Located right in the town of Berwick, here you will find a splash pad, playground, and tennis and pickle ball courts.
